This Movember, I’m taking on a challenge to raise money and awareness for a cause that means a lot to me.

I’ll be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours — that’s 48 miles in total, day and night, to raise money for men’s health.

Men’s health deserves far more conversation, whether that’s mental health, suicide prevention, or physical health issues such as prostate and testicular cancer. Too often, men are encouraged to keep things to themselves, and I want to do my small part to help change that.

This challenge will definitely push me physically and mentally, but knowing that it’s for such an important cause will make every mile worth it. I’m hoping to raise as much as possible, encourage people to have those important conversations, and support the incredible work being done to improve men’s health and wellbeing.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference. Thank you so much for supporting me, my challenge, and a cause that means a lot to me.
