Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. A lot of men have or have had it tough and while the stigma around men’s mental health is getting better and better over the years so many men still find it hard to speak up and get help for themselves. I encourage any of my mates who see this to participate and help raise money/awareness
