Dear MoBros and MoSistas,

Movember movement is growing in Oracle Romania too... inspired by a #teamofboys.
Few years ago I was leading a team mostly made up of men. They were more than my directs, they encouraged me and help me grow.

I watched them become dads, successfully prepare for Ironman and fall in love. I watched them deal with losing their loved ones, go through breakups, divorce or fight cancer. I also watched them cry or be tremendously happy.

A #teamofboys whom I would love to help beat the odds. Because statistically, men die six years younger than women. For reasons that are largely preventable.

How can you help your #teamofboys?
How can you help your dad, brother, son and mate?
How can you help the man next to you?

Join us in raising awareness about cancer. See beyond the strong and learn about depression and mental health for men. Ultimately, help us prevent suicide in Romania.

To my #teamofboys, thank you for being an inspiration.
