Mi motivación

I am a firm believer that life has so much to offer, and I truly hope we all develop a strong awareness of mental health so that we can see the world in the best way we can.

Sadly, I lost dear friends to mental health struggles during Covid-19, and it has been a long journey learning how to process that loss and how to support their families.
I believe my part in this battle is being involved in mental health campaigns and more importantly, carrying that spirit into my everyday life.

Please join me in learning more about men’s mental health and helping build greater awareness.
Whether you are a man or a woman, at the end of the day we live in this world together, as a team. Happier fathers, brothers, partners, and friends make all of us happier and I truly believe that.

너의 마라톤 city2surf에 이어 모벰버켐페인 후원을 하네. 육체적 건강과 함께 현대에 더욱 중요시되고 있는 정신건강은 남ㆍ녀가 마찬가지이지. 여자인 너가 모벰버 캠페인에 동참한다는 것은 기부문화가 네 삶의 중요한 가치로 자리하고 있슴을 본다.
살아있는 오늘 이 시간 나눌 수 있슴에 감사하다는 너를 기뻐하며 응원한다.
