Mental health and suicide prevention

Mental health is something I've taken for granted until once day, mine wasn't great. Then it got worse in 2020, then 2021. But friends, family, work and professionals helped me and I'm now on the mend.
It was enough, at my scale, to change my view on mental health and how important it is to have a voice, regardless of gender, race or orientation. Specifically for minorities in any one of these three categories, or any other for that matter.

So now, I want to get my body back in shape to where my mind is, and I've decided to challenge myself with some modest summiting:
- climb at 3000m above see level on November 13th;
- climb at 4000m above see level on November 20th;
- climb at 5000m above see level on November 27th.

And here is where you can help:
Step 1: if I climb at 3000m above see level, you donate 10 dollars;
Step 2: if I climb at 4000m above see level, you top up with an extra 30 dollars;
Step 3: if I climb at 5000m above see level, you top up however you can if you feel like it!!!
Extra step: you can always donate more if you feel like it!!
