Mi motivación

This year more than ever I felt it was really important to bring awareness to men's health. Movember is a great way to make a statement and help others by thinking about things that are often not spoken about. I may look a bit creepy, but the mustache brings an opportunity to discuss the importance of advocating for men's health. As someone who in the past has pushed aside symptoms and said "it'll be fine" it is so important to me to change the culture from "manning up" to taking care of yourself and your body.

Movember is a leading charity changing the face of men's health - specifically for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Thanks for supporting me, my 'stache and men's health!
