Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Specifically in 2020, as we are experiencing some forms of social distancing measures mandated by the pandemic, it would be at times difficult to reach out to friends and family in moments of need.

Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Time for a mid-month update. Hope this update finds you well. The Mo and the beard are growing along nicely; although I may have inadvertently made myself looking extra tired when the Mo combines with working late at nights.
