Our Motivation

We're raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. We need your help. Please donate to support men's health.

Our Team of Strength and Conditioning Coaches and Athletes are Targeting to MOve for MOvember by Completing at LEAST 1,000km of Running, 2000km of Rowing, 3000km of Cycling (Indoor Bike) along with 4 MILLION KGs of Volume lifted in Strength Sessions.

To MOtivate MOvement all members and coaches will be participating and competing in the PINNACLE MO Challenge created by us from Nov 1st to Nov 27th in order to help achieve our pledge and targets for MOving for MOvember.

PINNACLE MO is our challenge that encourages MOvement throughout MOvember through earning MO points by participating and performing in Strength and Conditioning Sessions, Daily Steps , Weekly Conditioning Challenges on the Rower, Bike and Running in addition to Bonus points earned through Consistency of MOvement, attending, completing and performing in additional PINNACLE MO MOvement events throughout the month of November.

The Ultimate goal individually is to achieve and become a 600 Point PINNACLE MO Athlete. The more you MOve the more MO points you get. PLAN,PURSUE and PERFORM to ensure you earn your PINNACLE MO points. MOve more for MOvember.

Movember, thats a wrap, all for a good cause, getting involved through moving more myself and motivating movement through our Gym and our Pinnacle MO Challenge, it's been an epic effort from everyone this month, super proud to be part of the Team and our athletes for getting stuck in and add my contribution through helping raise funds for Movember as well as hit 30km above my run, row and bike targets and 30,000kg over my lift target to contribute to our Team Totals for Pinnacle of 1000km Rowing, 1000km Running, 1000km Cycling and 1 Million Kgs of Lift.
