My motivation

After having friends affected by various types of men's health issues over the years this year we had a scare in the family. So I'd like to do my part to help out all the dads, brothers, sons and mates. Help me stop men dying too young.
Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

My team mates from the Wrocław Lions Australian Rules Football Club and AFL Polska we have formed a Movember team.
