Exactly 11 years back, I lost my very active and an otherwise healthy father to an aggressive prostate cancer. It took the cancer less than a year from diagnosis to take him away from us forever. My father was only 61.

But this is avoidable - for so many fathers, brothers and husbands out there. These (Super) men often do the least for their own health and wellness. They take their health for granted. With something as simple as an annual health check up, prostate cancer can be managed without impacting lifestyle and life expectancy.
