My goal is to support a great initiative to raise awareness about men’s health. I often see men underestimate the importance of preventive checkups or taking care of their health. Perhaps we feel strong and think that nothing can happen to us.
My Movember plan includes SKIPPING ROPE and ICE HOCKEY, with 60 minutes of each every week. I just hope I’ll still be able to skate after all that jumping! :)

Skipping rope is really fun. I tried it six months ago, and I have to admit, it still keeps me hooked. I find it time-efficient, practical, and it works the whole body. It’s a pretty great addition!
