My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Watching numerous men in my family fail to take the advice of friends, family and doctors when they are unwell both physically and mentally have motivated me to raise awareness on this very important issue.

With my own struggles in the last year have shown me is that we cannot keep our emotions and worries internally and need to treat all types of health issues seriously. Whether it be going to the doctor due to an illness or seeking help from professionals when we can't process our feelings and thoughts.

As a whole, we need to band together as a community and show support to people who are lost and simply need a helping hand.
