Mental health needs to come out of the shadow of secrecy and anonymity, for men, for women, for all of us.

Raising funds - due to close encounter - to help support mental health care and suicide prevention.

Getting back to morning routine run after my 23 & 24 Nov. Movember Event clocking up 75km in my 12-hour running challenge. As the month draws to a close I find myself in 5th position of the "rest of the world" fund raising for Movember thanks to all your generous support. If someone still wants to offer support in raising awareness on Mental Health there are a few days left.

It’s 1am in Dubai, 4 hours to complete the 12hour endurance challenge to raise awareness on Mental Health. 6 laps done, I think I’m on track. Getting harder to get going again after the lap break.

I’d say a well deserved short break, had more comfortable ones, though. That’s after 4 laps, by now done 5, 6 ½ hours in. It’s getting quiet now in Marina, better that way.
