My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Although Men's mental health awareness has come a long way, we still could do more. I have spent nearly 20 years in the military, I struggle daily with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I have lost some friends (brothers really) to war, but more have taken there own lives. My motivation is just to raise awareness, and start conversations.
