My motivation

It's the time of the month again! Hi yea.

A lil bit about Movember- Movember is an annual event involving growing of moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men's suicide. I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives.

For this year, I will be completing a 60km run, workouts and growing a moustach on this month of November. I need your help. Please donate to support men's health. Enough talking, more growing and running! Let go!
