My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Movember came to raise awareness of men’s health issues. The campaign encourages men to let their mustache grow for the 30 days of November to draw attention to men's health and at the same time raise money to support related projects around the world. I'll skip the mustache part and as a good "Mo Sis" I will join the "Move for Movember" challenge a 30-day fitness challenge, 60 km walk and 320km on my own way. So, who's in?

Challenge 1: MAKE A MOVE
I'll walk 60km over the month. That’s 60km for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, every hour across the world.

Challenge 2: MO YOUR OWN WAY
340km cycling, kayaking, hiking or roller skating

WHERE THE MONEY GOES
Since 2003, Movember has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects around the world, challenging the status quo, shaking up research and motivating men to take action for their health.
