We are coming together this Movember to raise both funds and awareness for men’s health. Living in Port Moresby, we know how crucial health initiatives are for our community, but men’s health often gets overlooked. It’s a subject that many shy away from, despite the significant impact it has on families, friends, and the broader community.

Movember provides us with an opportunity to open up the conversation around men’s health issues like mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. By raising awareness within our school and the wider Port Moresby area, we aim to break down the stigma and bring these issues into the light. We’re encouraging our students and staff to engage, learn, and spread the word—because we believe that real change begins with understanding and support.
