My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

In Japan there is still quite a negative stigma around men's mental health, in fact around mental health in general, in comparison to some other countries. Our aim is to raise awareness around Movember and the cause it stands for as well as to let people know it's ok to talk about mental health. Our aim is not just for our office, but also for those we engage with in our day to day work
