My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I’m raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the fathers, brothers, sons, and mates in our lives.

A friend of mine brought the issue of men’s health to my attention last year when he raised funds for Movember. Talking about health issues is not easy for anyone but that is the first step and I’d like to help start that conversation.

For the month of November you will see me sporting a moustache in order to start that conversation and fundraise for men’s health. In addition to the Mo I have also committed to walk a minimum 60km (targeting 120km) to draw attention to the 60 men that commit suicide every hour globally.
