My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

My brother has being dealing with PTSD for years and has had a huge amount of support as a result of the military. He has learnt tools to help him deal with his mental health and is now doing fantastically.

My dad has been through a really tough year and is now having to prepare for a very different life after a quad amputation. Mental health is going to be as much a part of his recovery as the wounds he is now healing from. He’s been incredibly positive so far and is a huge inspiration to me.

Mental health is extremely under valued and not everyone has the tools or outlets to handle situations as well as my dad and brother have.

We could all do with more help.
