Hi everyone,

This November, I’m taking part in Movember – not just for the mustache, but for something much deeper and more personal. Movember is about raising awareness and funds for all men’s health, including mental health and suicide prevention. As some of you may know, I have been affected by these issues for more than half of my life.

I’ve struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts in my own life. There have been dark moments where I felt lost, but I’ve also been lucky, lucky to have support, to still be here, and to have found reasons to keep going. This is why Movember matters so much to me: because too many men don’t make it through those dark moments, and too many families are left grieving.

If you’re able, I’d be incredibly grateful if you could join this team and create awareness about men’s mental health in particular.
